SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

How much Does Delivery Cost?

If you’re located in the greater Palm Springs area in select zip codes, and your order is $250 or more, we offer White Glove Delivery for just $159! This service provides room of choice placement and assembly, as well as, packing material removal. If your delivery takes longer than a normal delivery should, or you have lots of obstacles for us, you might pay a little more, but we’re confident you’ll consider the price fair, and the service outstanding! 

If you’re outside of our local delivery area, we rely on common carriers such as FedEx or UPS to help deliver your items.  In some instances, we might need to use a freight company to deliver your goods.  To simplify things, when you check out on our site, shipping fees will be calculated and added to your order.  If we can’t provide shipping fees when you checkout, we’ll contact you to discuss those fees before your order is fulfilled and shipped.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Immediately after you place an order with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your order. As an independent small business, we curate our collection by partnering with a variety of large and small vendors.  Therefore, orders are usually ready for shipping/delivery to you within 10-14 days, sometimes more and sometimes less. For instance, some of our products are ready to ship immediately and some can take a bit longer depending on which products you choose. We're always happy to check an item's availability before you place your order so please feel free to contact us with any questions!

How Will My Order Ship?

Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a confirmation email with details of how/when your order will ship, including any applicable tracking information. If your order is eligible for, and you opted for, White Glove Delivery service, a team member from our warehouse will contact you to coordinate a delivery date and time window. This call will take place when your order is in our warehouse and is ready for delivery. PLEASE NOTE: detailed shipping information will NOT be included in your initial order confirmation. WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

(White Glove Delivery service is only available on orders $250 and above in selected zip codes)

We provide White Glove delivery for customers living in our local delivery area and only includes the following zip codes: 92201, 92210, 92211, 92234, 92236, 92253, 92260, 92262, 92264, 92270 (View White Glove Delivery Service Map). Our White Glove delivery means that the delivery team will place your order in the room of your choice and perform any necessary assembly! They will also remove any and all packaging materials for you.


IMPORTANT: If you are receiving your order via White Glove Delivery and you have agreed to a scheduled delivery day/window, but you’re NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE THE GOODS at the scheduled time, our delivery team will contact you to re-schedule a delivery for a different day. In the event that this occurs, you will be charged a one-time 2nd attempt delivery fee equal to the cost of the initial delivery charge.

ALSO IMPORTANT: If you live in a remote location (i.e. on an island, on the top of a mountain, in a cave, have a crazy amount of stairs to climb, or an obstacle course for us to complete) certain delivery surcharges may apply to your order. To find out if there is a "ferry fee" or a "spelunking fee", or if you have any questions regarding potential additional fees, please contact us.

SHIPPING METHODS 

Parcel Delivery

This method refers to items that are small enough (or packaged conveniently enough) to ship via UPS/FEDEX/USPS. Orders shipped via UPS/FEDEX/USPS usually arrive within 10-14 business days after your order has been processed and prepared for shipment. These products will usually ship directly from our vendors.  When your order ships, you will be contacted with tracking/shipment information that you may use to track the progress of your order shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Parcel Delivery products may (well…almost always) require assembly, but they will include easy-to-decipher assembly instructions. Except for our area rugs. They don’t include assembly instructions. For your convenience, here are the assembly instructions for our area rugs – unroll.  We currently do NOT ship internationally or outside of the contiguous 48 states (sorry Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories)!  We also cannot ship to PO boxes.

DAMAGES:  Any shipping damage or product imperfections must be clearly noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may affect damage claim eligibility. It is your responsibility to fully inspect the product and contents of packaging for damage or imperfections to note on the shipping documents. We highly recommend removing packaging at that time to ensure your product is in great shape! Note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the individual signing for a delivery is authorized to do so. 

 

LTL Freight

(that’s “Less Than Truckload” for all of us who don’t operate in the world of truck transportation services).

We use LTL freight carriers to deliver items that are too large to ship via common carrier, or if we’re shipping a high volume of products to you.  Sometimes, we use FedEx freight or UPS freight, but we also use a variety of other freight providers to achieve the best price for your delivery.  If your item(s) must ship via LTL freight, you will be informed of the carrier and tracking information when your item(s) ship so that you can track their progress to you.  Our freight carriers provide curbside delivery and will not place items inside your home.  As with all deliveries, it is critical that you inspect and note shipping damages at the time of delivery.  We recommend snapping a few photos immediately upon receiving your delivery before the delivery driver departs.

Assembly

If you’re not in our local delivery area, and therefore, not receiving White Glove delivery service, you will need to assemble your own items.

Parcel Delivery items will be delivered directly to your home or apartment via UPS/FEDEX/USPS and more than likely will require assembly. These items will include easy-to-decipher instructions and are typically less-intensive to assemble (for instance, putting together a lamp or screwing in the legs of a chair).
